Safety & Security

Your safety is our top priority! We've built our tours with security in mind, and extra measures are in place for the safety of all participants. Israeli tourist sites and hotels are open and welcoming visitors, and be aware that we may be in the same hotel as displaced families. For additional security, we will be utilizing a bulletproofed bus. We ask that all participants be situation aware and use discretion as you normally would when traveling to any another city or country.  

Dress code

You are encouraged to bring a hat, sunglasses, sunscreen and a reusable water bottle.  If your tour is in the fall, you will also want to bring an umbrella and/or waterproof poncho as the rainy season begins in late October.

The Temple Mount in Jerusalem requests that all visitors wear modest and respectful attire. As a holy place and a religious site:

• Women should cover their shoulders and wear long pants or a long skirt. Headscarves are not required, but women may be asked to cover up if their attire is considered immodest.

• Men should wear long pants.

• Leather shoes are not permitted on the Holy Mount but plastic, rubber, canvas, or man-made materials are acceptable. It's also acceptable to ascend barefoot.

Deposits & Payments

• The cost of the tour is $6295 per couple,*airfare not included,**add $1100 for those requiring single occupancy

• *The non-refundable deposit of $500 per person reserves your space.

• Deposits are due upon registration and are non-refundable and non-transferable. 

• Final payments must be made 6 weeks before the first day of the tour.

Hotel Accommodations

Accommodations are provided on the basis of two persons sharing one room with either 2 twins or a king bedded room with a private bath. Face to Face Tours and/or our partner Sar-El reserves the right to substitute hotels of the same quality if it becomes necessary due to security concerns or other situations beyond our control.
